When I used hunter's mark as provided by the [[Hunting Shortbow]] I never received the [[Reapply Hunter's Mark]] bonus action after my marked target was slain, even though I did receive a "hunt complete" condition which I assumed was to indicate I should have that option available.

This occurred on the fully patched game at time of writing (Hotfix #9), and I was using a controller to play. On a previous playthrough I was able to transfer the actual spell (on a Ranger) without issue so I know it **can** function correctly.
