Notes
- Beast companions for Beast Masters and Gathered Swarm for Swarmkeepers both have a passive feature, Prey's Scent and Prey's Scent (Swarmkeeper) respectively, which causes this spell to improve their damage as well when their Ranger casts it.
- Otherwise, only the caster benefits from the extra weapon damage.
- The damage provided by this spell functions more like Sneak Attack than spell damage; as such, it does not provoke effects that activate on spell damage such as The Spellsparkler.
- Unlike in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, unarmed attacks in Baldur's Gate 3 are not counted as "weapon attacks" and do not benefit from Hunter's Mark.
- The Latin incantations for Hunter's Mark are Es Praedae Mei ("You are my prey") and Mors Certa ("Certain death").
