A character with a legendary action will have an associated passive and condition - while the condition is active, the character can use their legendary action. [[Raphael]] may use legendary actions as many times per round as there are remaining [[Pillar of Souls|soul pillars]].}} a character may use their legendary action, often as a reaction to being dealt damage.
