You were right. Moonrise Towers is the place. Followed the cultists' trail as you asked, led me all the way up there. Signs of illithid activity for sure. Tadpoled sorts wandering around in uniform. Didn't manage to break in, but suffice to say there's definitely something afoot. Recommend you send this report directly to the Palace of Susurrus. Coming back shortly to collect my pay.
