Bhaalspawn are mortals who contain the divine essence of the God of Murder, Bhaal. Bhaal, and his Bhaalspawn each have a massive impact on previous installments of the Baldur's Gate series, with said individuals playing the roles of both protagonist, antagonist and other neutral NPCs.
