Spider Egg Sac can be found by interacting with a Rocky Crevice after climbing to the Harper Outpost (X:160 Y:373) in the Roadside Cliffs.The player needs to pass a Animal Handling or Sleight of Hand Check. Bards have an option to sing the spiders to sleep without a check.
