Dear Sir,


As our previous correspondences have gone unanswered, a Builder's Guild representative was forced to enter your property in order to inspect the premises. Your property has been found in gross violation of several safety regulations (see city by-laws 38a-39c for a complete list).


Until steps are taken to correct this, we are condemning the property known as 'Old Garlow's Place' effective immediately under by-law 42a. Should you wish to contest this, please contact your local Builder's Guild representative.
