Legendary Action: Ptarian Dogma is a passive feature available to Ptaris in Honour mode that lets it pacify a foe that strikes him.

Description

Once per round, after being hit, Ptaris can spend a Legendary Action to surround his attacker in Ptarian Pacifism Ptarian Pacifism.

  • Affected entity's Strength, Dexterity and Constitution scores have been reduced by 4.
  • It and nearby allies are Pacified Pacified. Unless the HP Icon.png 50 temporary hit points granted by this effect are removed, when the effect ends, one of Ptaris' Mental Image will appear.
