Yeenoghu's Hunger is the shared name of two different conditions. They both pertain to Gnolls but are otherwise entirely unrelated:

  • Famished for slaughter.
  • Affected entity can go Mad Mad if it doesn't deal damage to an enemy by the end of its turn.

Sources of Yeenoghu's Hunger

Bloated with the spoiils of slaughter, but still hungry - a gnoll is growing in the hyena's belly.

Notes

  • Affects Bloated Hyenas with a duration of 2 turns. When it expires, they erupt into a pile of viscera and a Newborn Gnoll emerges from their corpse.
