Legendary Action: The Dead Wastes is a passive feature used by Balthazar that lets him use to create a rift that heals undead and damages living creatures.
Description
Once per round when a creature dies, Balthazar can use his Legendary Action to create a necrotic miasma where it fell that heals Undead 4d6hit points and deals 4d6Necrotic to living creatures at the start of their turns.
Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
Condition: Legendary Action: The Dead Wastes
- When a creature dies, Balthazar can create a necrotic miasma where it fell that heals Undead 4~24 hit points and deals 4~24 Necrotic damage to living creatures at the start of their turns.
