: Hi! I believe the confusing wording was my fault. The intended meaning of the statement is that experience gains are not {{em|split}} among party members, but that they are {{em|awarded}} to all of them, or as you say, {{em|shared}}. I believe your wording is more concise and gets the intended meaning across more efficiently, so I added it (I credited you in the summary), and then in a separate edit made some adjustments to the wording for clarity and consistency.
