If playing with a mod that increases the maximum level cap, then an Oathbreaker Paladin above level 17 can use Control Undead on Ansur to defeat him in a single move. The Emperor and Wyll will act as if he was slain and you get the XP for slaying him. You cannot loot Balduran's Giant Slayer from his corpse this way, but can still reach the Helm of Balduran. The undead dragon has 0 movement speed and will not use its fly ability to follow you around to fight for you, but will go with you through some doorways and will fast travel with you to the waypoints in Rivington or the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing.
