Rats at Balthazar - killing any might be bad idea
only group of rats I met in the mausoleaum was at Balthazar's rooms (X:-808, Y:-813) very early. Did not "understand" the dialogue (hardly can remember) at that time and carelessly killed two of them, the rest ran away. Was later unable to trigger rats for Yurgir´s quest as described.
