Rats at Balthazar - killing any might be bad idea
only group of rats I met in the mausoleaum was at Balthazar's rooms (X:-808, Y:-813) very early. Did not "understand" the dialogue (hardly can remember) at that time and carelessly killed two of them, the rest ran away.
Much later, when I got Yurgi´s quest, I was unable to trigger rats as described.
