Rescue the Gnomes in Moonrise Towers is a quest completeable in Chapter Two of Baldur's Gate 3.
It can initially be started in the first chapter, once you've successfully completed the quest Save the Grymforge Gnomes and discovered that the other gnomes were taken to Moonrise Towers. Otherwise it can start when encountering Wulbren in the Moonrise Towers Prison.
