Heart-Shaped Rock is an Alchemical Ingredient that can be calcinated into Ashes of Mephit Magma and combined to create Oil of Combustion.
Upon death, a magma mephit's cardiac system floods with sulphur, cooling and hardening it into a vulcanised geode aglitter with scarlet stone.
