Rend Vision is a  Wild Shape: Dire Raven Action. Dire Ravens use this ability to make a melee attack that deals Piercing Damage to enemies and possibly Blinds them.

• Ranged attacks and spells have a range of 3 m / 10 ft and Attack Rolls suffer Disadvantage.
• Attack Rolls against Blinded creatures have Advantage.
