Rend Vision is a  Find Familiar: Raven action. It is a melee attack that deals minimal piercing damage and blinds the target.

Notes

• There is no saving throw to avoid the  Blinded effect. The attack merely needs to hit for the effect to be applied.
• Unlike the Wild Shape version, the duration of  Blinded is less than one full combat round; it ends at the start of the (blinded) enemy's turn.
