Astarion ate 1 juicy apple and it gave him a sickened condition Upset Stomach for 10 turns. Flavor text: Something was off about that apple. After 10 turns, the character that ate the apple makes a CON save, and upon failure, gets the Feverish condition for 25 turns. Character has disadvantage on Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Strength. The Feverish condition is tagged as Disease.

After 25 turns, character has to make another CON save, ending the Feverish condition upon a success. Upon a failure, lose Feverish and gain Filth Fever for 25 turns. Character is "crushed by fever. Disadvantage on Attack Rolls, and Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Strength

After another 25 turns, character has to make a CON save, ending the Filth Fever condition on a success. Upon a failure, renew the Filth Fever condition for another 25 turns.

Lesser Restoration can end the condition early.
