Cull the Weak

Cull the Weak is a toggleable Passive Feature and Illithid Power. When a character with this passive active brings a creature down to fewer Hit Points than the characters number of evolved Illithis Powers, the creature dies and all nearby creatures take 1~4Psychic damage.

Description

When you bring a creature down to fewer hit points than your number of evolved illithid powers, it dies and all nearby creatures take 1~4Psychic damage.

Notes

• This is a quite powerful power but also dangerous, if you have on kill effects like Elixir of Bloodlust and The Deathstalker Mantle they will not trigger if killed by this power.
