Notes

  • Although the description says "all nearby creatures", the damage actually only applies to enemies.
  • As this inevitably kills the creature that triggers it, this passive and Non-Lethal Attacks are mutually exclusive. Enabling either one will disable the other automatically.
  • This can be triggered multiple times on a single creature in rapid succession, if the effect that brings it below the hit point threshold has multiple distinct sources of damage (e.g. if the creature is hit by more than one dart from a single casting of Magic Missile Magic Missile).
  • On kill effects like  Elixir of Bloodlust and  The Deathstalker Mantle will not trigger if killed by this power.

Bugs

  • Cull the Weak may inadvertantly "kill" a creature that was both damaged and Banished Banished by Banishing Smite Banishing Smite, causing the creature to return from banishment with 0 hit points and remain unkillable.
  • Cull the Weak triggers for each dead enemy creature within range of an ability that lacks restrictions preventing it from targeting dead creatures, such as Acid Breath Acid Breath and Frenzied Charge Frenzied Charge.
