Dual Wielder is a Passive Feature obtainable by the Dual Wielder Feat. It allows you to gain Two-Weapon Fighting while wielding two non-Heavy weapons even if they aren't Light.
Description
You can use Two-Weapon Fighting even if the weapons you are wielding aren't Light. You cannot dual-wield Heavy weapons.
