Notes

• The tooltip for Time Thoroughly Bided does not mention that the wearer receives 2 turns of  Arcane Charge, and any following hits merely reset its duration back to 2 turns.
•  Blood Sacrifice or an attack made by a party member does not trigger Arcane Charge.
