Legendary Action: Leaping Static is a legendary reaction available to the Bernard in Honour mode.

Once per round, Bernard can spend a Legendary Action to immediately launch Leaping Static at a foe after being attacked.

Description

Strike an attacker with lightning, dealing 3d8Lightning. Three more bolts will leap from the target, electrifying as many as three other characters within 18 m / 60 ft.
