Granted by the weapons:

• Bloodthirst
• The Dead Shot

Notes

• Having both The Dead Shot and Bloodthirst equipped will stack the effects reducing the threshold by 2.
  • The effect will also stack if dual-wield two Bloodthirsts, though you cannot get multiple without third-party tools. Having two Bloodthirsts and The Dead Shot equipped will reduce the threshold by 3.
