Manifestation of Mind is a togglable passive feature unique to Way of the Open Hand Monks at Level 6, that adds extra Psychic damage based on your Wisdom Modifier to unarmed attacks.

Description

Your hands sap the ki from your enemies' bodies. Your unarmed attacks deal an additional 1d4 + Wisdom ModifierPsychic damage.

Can't be used at the same time as  Manifestation of Body or  Manifestation of Soul.
