Toll The Dead is a cantrip (Necromancy). This cantrip isn't currently in the game, but is planned on being added alongside the Death Domain in a future update.[1] It deals 
Necrotic damage and increases in damage if the target has already been damaged.

At higher levels
- At character level 5, the damage increases to 2d8Necrotic.
- At character level 10, the damage increases to 3d8Necrotic.
