Dwarven Thrower is a passive feature that grants extra damage on oversized creatures, if the wielder is a Dwarf.

Description

A Dwarf throwing this warhammer deals an extra 1d8Bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Large, Huge or Gargantuan creature, the strike deals an additional 2d8Bludgeoning damage.
