Multiattack is a class action that allows a Hook Horror to hit a prone enemy twice.

Description

Aim two attacks at a  Prone target and possibly make it  Bleed.

• Creature takes 2Slashing damage at the start of each turn and has Disadvantage on Constitution Saving throws.
• Removed by healing.
