  • Sister Vanessa gains  Hand Me My Trepan which grants  Terror Trepan to Malus
  • Sister Geanne gains  Hand Me My Leech which grants  Lethal Leech to Malus
• The  Surgeon's Chosen buff additionally has an unlisted +4 bonus to Armour Class.
