Rolan's Colour Spray is a level 1 illusion spell. This spell is a variant of the Colour Spray spell, unique to Rolan. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Create an illustrious display of flashing lights to dazzle and  Confuse creatures up to a combined 44 hit points.
