i use mods, so maybe there's something from that, but at 20 CHA i got resilient and went to 21 80.115.229.26 22:49, 14 June 2025 (CEST)
- It's definitely a mod. The boost it has is
Ability(Charisma,1,20)which is the correct code for capping at 20. Compared to Actor which is bugged and lacks the cap:Ability(Charisma, 1).
