It's definitely a mod. The boost it has is Ability(Charisma,1,20) which is the correct code for capping at 20. Compared to Actor which is bugged and lacks the cap: Ability(Charisma, 1). Rydiak (talk) 00:41, 15 June 2025 (CEST)Reply[reply]
turns out it's a visual bug (maybe from the mods). it goes 21 in cc then back down to 20 after 80.115.229.26 00:15, 17 June 2025 (CEST)Reply[reply]
