Inn already burned on first visit edit

Waukeen's rest will already be burned with Benryn and Conselor Florrick both dead inside the first time visiting the inn if the player went to the mountain pass first.  1 Carafe of Water
 1 Ithbank
 1 Esmeltar Red

Upstairs in Benryn's room and the adjacent room:

 Any non-fireproof objects in the cupboard immediately next to the door
 1 Household Prayer
 Any non-fireproof objects in the Burlap Sack by the Household Prayer
 Any non-fireproof objects in the Cupboard which the Household Prayer rests on
 1 Gilded Chest containing Hamarhraft (Hamarhraft itself is unaffected)
 Any non-fireproof objects inside the Wardrobe
