Yeenoghu's Hunger is the shared name of two different conditions. They both pertain to Gnolls but are otherwise entirely unrelated:
Yeenoghu's Hunger - Famished for slaughter.
- Affected entity can go
if it doesn't deal damage to an enemy by the end of its turn.
Sources of Yeenoghu's Hunger
Variant 2
Yeenoghu's Hunger Bloated with the spoiils of slaughter, but still hungry - a gnoll is growing in the hyena's belly.
Notes
- Affects Bloated Hyenas with a duration of 2 turns. When it expires, they erupt into a pile of viscera and a Newborn Gnoll emerges from their corpse.
