Description

Once per round when a Spindleweb Fanatic Spindleweb Fanatic is killed, Kar'niss can use a Legendary Action to possibly deal 6d10Damage TypesPsychic and Silence Silence the attacker.

Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
