Portent Die is a reaction available to Divination School Wizard that lets them modify a die roll.
Description
Change the die of a nearby 
Attack roll or 
Saving throw to the portent die.
Bonuses and penalties will still be added to the number. You regain your Portent Dice when you take a Long Rest.
