Found in the Morgue, on-top of a set of shelves with discarded armour.

When placed on the Mind-Archive Interface within the Mind Flayer Colony, the Slack-Skinned Head will speak using this brain.

  • Ssssshhhh. This place listens. It knows.
  • If we're going to escape, we have to be smart.

Reply: Smart. Right. Use our brains.

  • Right - you get it. I've been watching. Learning.

Reply: I think your escape might be coming a little late.

  • Late? No, mate - I was watching. Learning
