Improved Warding Flare is a level 6 Light Domain Cleric Passive Feature that gives the Cleric the option to expend a 
Reaction to impose 
Disadvantage on the 
Attack roll of an ally's attacker.
Description
Improved Warding Flare: When an enemy attacks an ally, you can use your Reaction to impose Disadvantage on the Attack roll, possibly causing their attack to miss.
