Heavily Armoured is a Passive Feature provided by the Feat of the same name. You gain Proficiency with Heavy Armour and your Strength increases by 1. You must have Medium Armor Proficiency before you can take this feat.
Description
You gain Proficiency with Heavy Armour and your Strength increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
