It is bizarre that we don't have a page specifically mentioning passive features, not even in a navbar or game mechanics page, that I can see. Even more surprising that a page of that name seems to have been intentionally deleted. Searching doesn't reliably bring up any direct links or references to this category (somewhat surprisingly).
Using category pages instead of main page articles is quite unconventional. If there is a category page with 100s of entries, searching for that specific term should really take a wiki reader to a page of that name.
