Electrify Water is a passive feature that turns water surfaces into electrified water surfaces.
Description
When the wearer stands in 
Water during combat, it becomes 
Electrified Water.

Granted by the equipment:
Notes
- Electrify Water electrifys a surface of water immediately when entering it during combat, or when standing on one as combat starts. However, it will run out in a few turns and only reactivate by leaving and entering the area of the water again.
- Using this in combat where friendly but non-controllable NPCs are present may result in them turning hostile afterwards if they walk through electrified water surfaces.
