This page lists all the different types of licenses that may be used for content on the wiki. Note that all wikitext content added to the main namespace is governed by bg3wiki:Copyright, unless directly copied out of the game (like dialogue text). The license templates shown here are instead for:

• Adding them to the top of a non-main-namespace page, such as a Guide or Template, if under a non-standard license.
• Adding them to file uploads, which is done automatically by selecting the correct entry from a drop-down.

Using Larian content

Larian Fan Content made by you

This is for when you've created something of your own, using Larian's content. For example, screenshots or gameplay footage, a modified version of a game asset to make it work better as an icon or the like in the wiki, a render of a 3D model from the game, and so on.

When you upload such content of your own, you are publishing it under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 and CC BY-SA 4.0; for details see bg3wiki:Copyright.
