Perilous Stakes is an illithid power which causes a creature to heal when it attacks at the cost of making it vulnerable to all damage. Outside of Honour mode, this can target any creature including enemies, but in Honour mode, it can only target allies.

Notes
- When cast on allies, there is no saving throw to apply the condition.
- In Honour mode, this ability can only be cast on allies.
- To use this on an enemy in Honour Mode, it is possible to use an enchantment spell such as , or to make them an ally. It then becomes possible to apply Perilous Stakes and exploit the granted vulnerability.
Bugs
- can be stacked multiple times upon the same character, providing multiple occurrences of healing without any additional negative effect.
