Rian Forbeck is a traveler and an author who wrote 'The Approachable East' series.

Rian Forbeck is the author of multiple volumes of 'The Approachable East'. In these books Rian describes their journey east towards the lands of Rashemen. Ultimately the plans for reaching Rashemen are abandoned in favor of staying in Thay.
