Hey! I don't know who reads or edits these, but I was playing on Xbox Series X, and I was playing the Dark Urge campaign, as a dragonborn. I got Volo's eye, and thought it really clashed with my character's other eye, but while trying to edit the eyes, I found out that you CAN edit Volo's eye if you select the heterochromia option, and specifically change the right eye.
