made it clearer that the condition only works on spells and attacks that deal fire damage themselves
(I added the "Items that grant heat" section, which was basically just transcribing the info from "Sources of Heat" into a more readable format. I'm new to this wiki though and I couldn't figure out how to link to the images of the items like the other condition pages so I hope that I've done this in a way that that's possible for a better editor to add that and I haven't screwed it up too badly.)
