I explored the entire place, including the cellar, triggered all the events, quests and talked with everyone.<br/><s>Hypothesis: this exploration reward has a {{c|LevelOverride}} of 6 and my main character is level 8, so the game doesn't give the reward if the main char level is greater than the {{c|LevelOverride}}? The previous locations I verified had no {{c|LevelOverride}} and I got the xp. Expl_TWN has a {{c|LevelOverride}} of 6 too and Expl_MOO doesn't, so I'll see what happens in those locations.
