I tested my 3rd lvl zariel tiefling and cast searing smite twice in a fight. One was the racial, one was the memorized spell. They both had a DC 13 when the enemy saved when I looked at the combat log. My CHA is 16(+3) my CON is 15(+2). It seems they both used my CHA for DC, I think the wiki is wrong.
