Altered "Spells Known" table to reflect the correct number. Gain 4 at level on and gain 1 spell per level. I assume we are including the spell learned from "Magical Secrets" at level 10 in the total count. That being the case we should have 16 spells at 12. I don't think we should include the spell learned from magical secrets however, since Lore bard would get an additional 2, and magical secrets is considered a feature and does not require the spell selected to be from the bard list.
